Essence Studios is an independent organization who fulfills the requirement of videos and graphics needed by various firms/organizations. By going through our terms and conditions you will get a detailed understanding how Essence Studio operates.

Video Length: Duration of the video will depend upon the description of the video stated by the client. Video length can only be decided after the client fills the questionnaire which is shared by us.

Deadline: At Essence Studio, we work around the clock to maintain the deadlines. We will share you the deadline as soon we give you a quote of your product. In case, we are running late in your project, we will keep you posted with the latest updates. Though, we will not take any legal responsibility for missing deadlines.

Payment Procedure: At Essence Studios, we mostly divide the video creation and payment in 2 parts.

Part 1:
As soon you reach out to us, you discuss the project with our sales team and we will quote a price for the same. If agreed, you need to pay 25% of the actual quote so that we start with the script writing.

In this stage our team understands what are your thoughts and how we can display these in the form of a video. To understand this, we share a Questionnaire with you which needs to filled and send back to us. We analyse the same and our team starts creating a script based on it. After the creation of the script, we share the same with you for your feedback. If approved, we will move ahead to the animation and will deliver the video in your desired format with our watermark.

Part 2:
If the video shared by us is approved, then you need to pay the remaining part so that we can share the final video with you.

• Feedback: In continuation to Payment Procedure: your feedback is very important to us. We expect your feedback within one day after the sharing of script with you. Any delay here, will not be considered on the part of Essence Studios. Moreover, a delay here will result in deadline extension.

• Revisions: It is subjected to the client requirement. Broadly, we do not revise videos from scratch. If you are unsatisfied with our video, we are committed to change a part or two of the video but not the whole video. If you still demand the change in video, prices will be charged accordingly.

• Termination of Order: Unfortunately, if a client wishes to cancel an order than he/she must reach us via email for a cancellation request within no longer than 10 days of the project initial date. The project will be ceased immediately, and refund will be initiated after deducting our production cost.

• Use of products: All videos created by Essence Studios, our whole-n-sole property of our clients and will never be used in marketing. However, they may be used for portfolio purposes – that to after client’s confirmation.

• Amendment Rights: Terms and Conditions can be changed in near or far future. We request all our clients to check this page before ordering our products. Also, you are welcome to contact us for any query apart from the above mentioned.
